What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are the same whether you spend $200.00 or $20,000.00. We believe that every bride shouldn't have to compromise her style for a price. We make ALL price points work for the client. That's how we get so many repeating clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Customer reaches out to schedule a cake tasting and we agree on an appointment date and time. The days before the tasting the Client is encouraged to bring inspiration photos for their cake design. The Client makes a decision between the selected flavor sample options. We discuss pricing and finalize design. An email is sent with deposit information following the tasting. Your cake is baked, decorated and delivered.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check ALL of the Planner's work. If the planner doesn't try to paint a picture for you with different design elements (i.e fabrics, photos of centerpieces, different items they've used in the past), ask to see a portfolio or a website. Just because the pricing is great doesn't mean the work is!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We recommend thoroughly thinking through a budget. Commit to something that you can NOT go above. Be realistic with yourself on what you can or can not spend. Also, you should keep in mind that "custom" costs a "custom budget." You should be mindful of your theme (if you've decided on one). We ask the Client(s) to collect photos of their design elements for inspiration. This way, we are all clear on what items are approved. We also recommend that the Client(s) be clear on a preferred Wedding or Event date. We would like to have an understanding on what date we're booking - before payments are made and dates are locked in.
What is the BEST way to contact Arden Occasion Creators?
The best way to contact Arden is via email and text message. It helps both parties have a clear understanding of the duties outlined before proceeding with a Contractual Agreement.
